Returns & Refunds:

Online Products:

We do not accept any exchanges or returns unless the product is damaged or defective. All defective, damaged, incorrect or missing items must be reported to our office within 3 days of receiving your shipment.

We will replace any damaged, defective, or incorrect item(s) at no cost to you if:

  • Item(s) are in ORIGINAL, SELLABLE CONDITION and have all original tags and product packaging.
  • Item(s) are clean and contain NO pet hair.

Returns that don’t meet the above criteria will be returned to you at your expense.

You must contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) in order to return any damaged, defective, or incorrect product. Please note that any package arriving without RMA # will be refused and returned to you.

If you have purchased a product in our store, please call us at 303.469.1540 and we will be happy to help you with an exchange or refund.
